They showed up at the time requested and were good at effectively securing mom's wheelchair. Since I wasn't sure when we'd be finished with our appointment I set the pickup time out to 4 hours after our arrival to the practitioner. There was an understanding that if we finished early I could call and they would come right out. This is exactly what happened and they came about 15 minutes after my call. Both drivers involved with my transport needs were very courteous. I would definitely use this service again.
